A Mummy and A Shoe The shoe was found in the Beara Peninsula area of south west Ireland in the year 1835. The shoe is 2 7/8 inches long and 7/8 inches wide. It has been worn -- or at least- the heel is worn down as if it has been worn. It was eventually examined under a microscope at Harvard University, and teeny tiny little stitches and eyelets could be clearly seen. Who wore this shoe? Who MADE this shoe? The mummy was found in 1932 in the mountains of Wyoming, in the US. Approximated to stand at less than 20" tall, x-rays revealed the muumy to have a human skelletal structure. The muumy disappeared, and could not be tested further, but the x-rays remain and were reviewed in 1979.Unfortunately, this could be the highly developed remains of a 65-year old man or the remains of an infant or fetus with anencephaly. Which completely explains the mystery if all the Native tribes of the American West habitually mummified their anencephalic babies and left them scattered about in the mountains. You see, this isn't the only mummy they've found... | ||||||||||||||||||
